Hey everyone! Welcome back!
After accidentally overwriting my un-backed up website, I've just finished rebuilding!
Unfortunately, you'll notice I've lost all my previous blog posts! Not to worry though, it's a New Year, and a new start!
I hope to update this blog with some vegan fitness recipes, training tips, lifestyle tips, product reviews, and my own continuing vegan fitness journey. Feel free to let me know in the comments below if you have anything specific you would like me to write about!
For now though, the menu links above have all been restored, including my photo gallery, and some handy links with great vegan and fitness info.
I've also included a separate page for "My Vegan Story" which you can read if you would like to know more about how and why I went vegan.
