Legs have always been a weakness of mine - unlike my upper body, I struggle to gain size on my legs. I need to push my legs REALLY hard to see even the slightest progress. The lack of progress can lead me to feeling unmotivated to train as hard or as often as I should. For the banded exercises, I used a slingshot hip circle, but any kind of band that will put resistance on your hips/glutes will do. Or simply do this program without the band and add more weight.
